Preface
This book holds the Harmonized Health Facility Assessment strand of the HIIP engagement in Angola: what the instrument measures, how its modules and indicators are organized, where it meets the EmONC assessment, and the work of shortening the questionnaire to something a team can carry through a facility in a morning.
